Yes. High Chaparral is an adult-oriented community, with an adult-only policy in effect from October through April. This allows us to maintain a peaceful, quiet, and mature environment during peak season.

Do you have full-hookup RV sites?
Yes. All RV sites at High Chaparral offer full hookups, including water, sewer, and electric.

Is there an RV age requirement?
RVs are generally required to be 10 years old or newer.
Exceptions may be considered for RVs that are well-maintained and in excellent condition. Photos may be requested for approval prior to arrival.
