Accommodations
Room for Every Kind of Stay
High Chaparral welcomes guests across a range of accommodation styles, from full-hookup RV sites sized for the biggest rigs to beautifully appointed park model homes, long-term mobile home living, and the distinctly different experience of Conestoga wagon glamping.
High Chaparral's RV sites are built for comfort and convenience, with gravel pads, concrete patios, and full hookups including water, sewer, and both 30-amp and 50-amp electrical service. Sites accommodate rigs from approximately 60 to 90 feet in length and are roughly 30 feet wide, leaving plenty of room for slide-outs and outdoor living. Back-in and pull-through configurations are available.
RV Sites

Our beautifully appointed park model homes offer a more residential style of living within the resort environment, making them a popular choice among seasonal guests and long-term residents alike. Park model residents enjoy full access to every amenity, social activity, and community space the resort has to offer, all within a clean, adult-oriented desert setting.
Park Model Homes

Mobile home living at High Chaparral is designed for active adults seeking a long-term, community-focused lifestyle in a quiet and well-maintained desert setting. Monthly and annual options are available, and residents enjoy the same resort-style amenities and social atmosphere as the rest of the community, with convenient access to Casa Grande, Arizona City, Phoenix, and Tucson.
Mobile Home Living

For something genuinely different, our one-of-a-kind Conestoga wagon glamping experience delivers a distinctive desert getaway within a full-service resort setting. The wagons are part of High Chaparral's commitment to elevated, upscale hospitality and give guests a memorable alternative to traditional RV or mobile home accommodations, without giving up access to the property's amenities and community life.
