  • Is High Chaparral an Adult-Only Community?

    Yes. High Chaparral is an adult-oriented 55+ community. An adult-only policy is in effect from October through April to maintain a peaceful, quiet, and respectful environment during peak season.

  • What Types of Stays Are Available?

    High Chaparral offers daily, weekly, monthly, and annual RV stays, along with park model home living, mobile home living, and Conestoga wagon glamping experiences.

  • Does the Park Offer Full-Hookup Sites?

    Yes. All 121 RV sites include full hookups with water, sewer, and both 30-amp and 50-amp electrical service, along with gravel pads and concrete patios.

  • What Size RVs Can the Park Accommodate?

    Sites are designed to handle rigs ranging from approximately 60 to 90 feet in length and are roughly 30 feet wide, leaving plenty of room for slide-outs and outdoor living space.

  • Is There an RV Age Requirement?

    Yes. RVs are generally required to be 10 years old or newer. Exceptions may be considered for well-maintained units after management review and photo approval.

  • Are Pets Welcome at High Chaparral?

    Yes. Well-behaved pets are welcome subject to community pet policies. Pets must remain leashed at all times and owners are responsible for cleanup throughout the property.

  • What Pet Amenities Does the Resort Offer?

    The property includes a dog park, fenced pet walk, designated dog area, dog wash station, leash-friendly walking paths, and waste stations conveniently located around the resort.

  • What Amenities Are Available on the Property?

    High Chaparral offers a heated swimming pool, swim spas, clubhouse with full kitchen, fitness center, billiards room, library, sports complex, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, bocce ball, frisbee golf, luxury bathhouse, 24-hour laundry, propane station, park Wi-Fi, pavilions, and community fire pits.

  • What Social Activities Does the Community Offer?

    The resort hosts casino nights, karaoke, bingo, live music and band performances, community dinners and cookouts prepared by an onsite chef, holiday celebrations, and seasonal events throughout the year.

  • Can Guests Bring Off-Road Vehicles?

    Yes. Guests are welcome to bring side-by-sides and 4-wheelers to explore the surrounding open desert and Sawtooth Mountains.

  • Where Is High Chaparral Located?

    The resort is located in Casa Grande, Arizona, positioned between Phoenix and Tucson with convenient access to Arizona City and surrounding Central Arizona attractions.
